Dialight is the leading manufacturer of value added Light Emitting Diode (LED) displays and components. It is a US based, wholly owned subsidiary of a public exchange listed, United Kingdom technology company. With annual sales in 2004 greater than £55 million, Dialight's two Divisions reach their worldwide markets through a network of well-established distributors, independent sales representatives, and sales venture partners. Currently, sales are to two primary market segments - opto-electronics components and signals for various transportation applications.
The Opto-Electronics Division provides high quality, value added, illuminating status indication devices for printed circuit board and control panel applications. These products supply engineered solutions into the data communications and telecommunications OEM's. Several of their products maintain patent protection.
The Signals Division provides leading edge signaling devices for roadway, railway and aviation/airfield applications. Since the Company's first signaling products were delivered into the marketplace in 1995 revenues have grown to more than 50% of the company's total sales.
Dialight's headquarters are housed in a modern office building located in a highly desirable Atlantic coastal summer resort area. Manufacturing and manufacturing support are located in a popular area of the Carolinas and a recently completed facility located in Northern Baja, Mexico.
